grandmother and small breeder of Miniature Dachshunds. I am very concerned
with animal seizures based on numbers rather than animal abuse. I believe it
is not the number of animals owned as pets or breeding animals, but the
owner's ability to care for the number they own. I am very concerned about
coercive legislation being pushed and passed. My belief is that we need to
move back to animal welfare and away from the animal rights agenda behind
such laws."
