Linda D. Witouski, Legislative Editor, is an AKC Judge with an Assoc. Degree in law. She is an AKC Legislative Liaison for PA and serves multiple national legislative organizations. She is on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Federation of Dog Clubs, PFDC Representative for the Western PA Dachshund Club, and an Independent Legislation Liaison at Large, assisting groups in any state.
